Sumner Taekwondo Academy promotes Black Belt Excellence with Black Belt Instruction in Life Skills: physical fitness, leadership, self-defense, positive self-esteem, and self-confidence through instruction in Taekwondo and the Tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-discipline, and indomitable spirit.

We place a strong emphasis on discipline and respect for kids, stress relieve and fitness for adults and a fun place for the entire family to train together. We look forward to serving you.
